Physical Product Fulfillment (BOOKS)
Refund or replacement available in case of lost or damaged shipment and evidence of same. Otherwise all sales are final.
Digital Product Fulfillment (Coaching, Events & Digital Products)
Coaching & Digital Products are final sale; binding agreements are signed and in place. Digital products are delivered in full at the time of sale, and therefore cannot be refunded as the buyer has the full benefit of the product immediately.
Events are cancellable if 60 day or more notice is provided. If not, we strive to be flexible and provide a seat for same fee at future event. Otherwise all sales are final and non-refundable.

Welcome to our website (the "Site")! Here, we connect buyers like you with ticket sellers, primarily Melissa Galt, Inc. (the "Company"). By using this Site or buying tickets through it, you agree to follow these Terms and Policies and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
Sales Policy
Final Sale: All sales are final. We don’t offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Events: This term covers any events hosted by us, whether virtual or in-person. Terms like "Intensive," "Tour," "Training," "Masterclass," "Transformation," and similar terms are all considered "Events."
Event Cancellation:
If an event is canceled, you’ll get a full refund.
Event Rescheduling:
If an event is postponed or rescheduled and your original ticket is still valid for the new date, no refunds will be issued.
Ticket Pricing:
Ticket prices might be above or below the "face value" listed on the ticket.
Responsibility:
We’re not liable for lost or stolen tickets, travel expenses, or issues caused by third parties or weather that prevent you from attending.
User Agreement
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to all applicable laws. We can update these Terms at any time, and those changes will take effect immediately upon posting. If you breach these Terms, we might cancel your access, block you from future use, or take legal action.
Order Fulfillment
Your order will be handled by the ticket seller. If you need to contact them, their information will be provided after your purchase. If you lose this info, email support@melissagalt.com for assistance. Make sure to enter your details correctly when placing an order, as mistakes can cause delays or order cancellations.
Pricing
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
We can’t confirm prices until after your order is completed. If the actual price is higher than listed, the ticket seller might honor the original price, offer you the option to pay the new price, or cancel your order and notify you.
Fees and Charges
When you purchase tickets, the total charge to your credit card will include:
Service Fee: This covers the cost of running the Site and other services.
Total: The overall amount charged, including ticket price and Service Fee.
Taxes
The ticket seller is responsible for managing taxes related to ticket sales and including them in the ticket price.
Payment
Credit Cards: Charges will come from the ticket seller, not the Site. For questions about credit card charges, contact us at support@melissagalt.com or reach out to the ticket seller directly.
Third-Party Payment Platforms: If you use services like PayPal, be aware that their terms and fees apply. The transaction will show as ‘Dan Lok Marketing.’ For issues, email support@melissagalt.com.
Security: We ensure that cardholder data is securely handled.
International Purchases
If you’re buying from outside North America, your order might be delayed. Contact your credit card company before purchasing to avoid delays or extra fees. We aren’t responsible for issues related to international orders.
Disputed Charges
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including service fees. If you dispute a charge and it's found valid, we may seek payment through collection agencies or legal means. Disputing a charge might result in losing access to your tickets.
Event Listings
We can’t guarantee that event details on the Site are accurate, including names, locations, times, or dates.
Behavior at Events
You must follow venue rules and conduct yourself respectfully. If you’re removed from an event, you’ll be responsible for any fines or costs, and your ticket costs will not be refunded. If your ejection results in a loss of future ticket access, you’ll be liable for related costs.
Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraud, you might need to provide additional proof of identity, such as a signed credit card authorization or a government ID.
Violations of Terms
We may terminate your access to the Site or cancel your order if you violate these Terms. We might seek injunctive relief and release your information if required by law. No refunds will be given if we terminate your access.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site and at events is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by the Site, the Company, or affiliates. You may only use this content as allowed and must get permission before reusing any copyrighted material.
Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold harmless the Site, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, including any links or content you provide.
Governing Law
Any disputes will be governed by Arizona law, and you consent to the jurisdiction of Arizona state and federal courts.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to the Site, or these policies will be resolved through binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (ADR). Fees will follow ADR Rules. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a court trial.
Force Majeure
We’re not liable for failures due to events beyond our control, like natural disasters, severe storms, fires, floods, strikes, or legal changes. We may terminate agreements if we’re unable to perform due to such events.
Registration
Some Site areas are for registered users only. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to register. We may terminate access if we find false information. Your credit card info will not be sold to third parties.
Virtual Events Services Terms
Virtual Events: You’re buying access to virtual events like videos, lessons, or meet-and-greets. These services are provided by third parties, not the Site.
Refunds: All virtual event services are non-refundable.
Behavior: Be respectful during virtual events. Review our Experience Guidelines for more info.
Acceptable Use: Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Don’t use false identities, share event access improperly, or engage in illegal activities.
Virtual Events Guidelines
Do: Ensure good lighting, test equipment, and check your internet. Be respectful and follow the dress code.
Don’t: Avoid screenshots, unsolicited requests, and behavior against our Acceptable Use Policy.
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site.
